- Step 1: Take note of your major Roles- Are you a business person, dad, employee or team mate? What are the major roles that you perform on a daily or weekly basis?
- Step 2: Assign the major tasks that you would have to carry out to meet these roles.
Five hours at the office
Home work with your child 2 hours a day/6 days a week?
Volunteering 2 times a week
- Step 3: Prioritise them in order of importance- This essentially would be your schedule or work plan
- Step 4: Pencil in time for Yourself- An empty gas tank can't take a vehicle far, so too when you're running on empty without re-charging your batteries the quality of your work will suffer so make sure to take time for yourself doing something you love at least once per week.
