My 2017 workshops are back!... and I have two carded for the month of February. Let me tell you what they are all about.

1. ENTREPRENEURIAL WORKSHOP

I know that there are lots of budding entrepreneurs in Trinidad right now. Some of you are working for others while trying to develop your business. It's tough now in this depressed economy to get SALES ( I know this all too well). However, I believe that this is the best time to start and and begin building your brand.

Entrepreneurship has become one of the key drivers of our economy in Trinidad and Tobago. Entrepreneurs are individuals who take risks and recognise opportunities for innovative products and services. This workshop is geared towards formulating, developing, managing and commercialising ideas through the creation of a business and execution of a plan.


This workshop will cover:

1. The creation of a business plan that is accepted by banks, credit unions and other financial institutions in Trinidad.

2. How to Market and Sell your business online and offline.

3. New Venture Finance: Startup Funding for Entrepreneurs.

4. How to harness innovation to ensure business sustainability.

5. How to identify the challenges involved in planning, launching and growing a new business, how to address these risks/problems and develop a plan to overcome them.

2. RESUME WRITING & INTERVIEW SKILLS

Over my tenure as a part time lecturer and facilitator, I have been asked by a number of students to review their resume. 

Your resume is part of YOUR personal brand and it's the first thing that a prospective employer reads so it's got to be RIGHT.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Debbie-Ann Jollie is a Marketing and Public Relations Strategist and the principal Director of HashSpace Limited.

She is a certified trainer with over 15 years experience in marketing management both in public and private organizations as well as through her own consulting.

She has worked and consulted with some of the major and well known brands in Trinidad.

Ms. Jollie is also a part time lecturer and facilitator at SITAL College, Cipriani College and The Open Campus of the University of the West Indies.
